**Job Title:** Global Controller - Aero Alliance Joint Venture

About the Role:

We are seeking a seasoned Global Controller to join our team at Gas Power Aero Products & Services Joint Venture. As a key member of our finance department, you will play a critical role in managing our controllership environment, ensuring financial compliance, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the CEO and CFO in managing the overall controllership environment
  • Ensure consistency and accuracy in accounting processes
  • Liaise with Tax team to identify tax optimization initiatives
  • Manage Accounts Payable organization and day-to-day activities
  • Maintain a strong internal control environment

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance-related field
  • Extensive experience in controllership/financial audit position
  • Strong verbal and written communication capabilities
  • Fluency in English (Italian language is a plus)
  • Availability to travel 10% of the time

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Big 4 auditing experience
  • Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or Master of Business Administration (MBA)
  • FMP/CAS graduate
