Job Title: Train Performance Manager

At Alstom, we're committed to delivering innovative transportation solutions that meet the evolving needs of our customers. As a Train Performance Manager, you'll play a critical role in ensuring the technical development and validation of our train systems meet customer and regulatory requirements.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Lead the train system development and validation process, ensuring that train performances meet customer and regulatory requirements.
  • Act as the main technical focal point for the customer, providing expertise on train performance and functionality topics.
  • Ensure that train reliability, lifecycle cost targets, cybersecurity, validation, and engineering contributions to certification and authorization are met.
Key Requirements:
  • Master's degree in engineering or equivalent, with extensive experience in railways engineering.
  • Strong technical management skills, with the ability to lead project teams and foster communication between multiple stakeholders.
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to analyze complex situations and develop effective solutions.
