Key Activities:

  • Develop and implement project execution strategies, collaborating with the project team and stakeholders to ensure alignment and effective communication.
  • Coordinate with project engineering managers and other civil project leaders to establish and maintain project procedures, guidelines, and standards.
  • Ensure the coordination of activities across disciplines, locations, and engineering centers, guaranteeing consistency with contracts, schedules, and budgets.
  • Interact with clients and vendors on technical matters impacting project timelines and costs.
  • Provide assistance to procurement, commissioning, and construction departments as needed.

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in civil engineering, preferably in plant engineering companies in the petrochemical, oil & gas, and power sectors.
  • Prior experience as a project leader and coordinator of international working groups.
  • Fluent English speaker and writer.
  • Ability to travel for short and long periods in Italy and abroad.
