VAS and Packaging Materials Manager

Job Description
  • Under the supervision of the Contract Logistics Customer Service Manager, contribute to developing and establishing a solid relationship with customers and internal stakeholders to ensure accurate, consistent, and timely information communication.
  • In collaboration with the Contract Logistics Quality & Inventory Expert, support inventory consumables checking, including cycle counting, to review all procedures under a quality point of view.
  • Manage inventory documentation of consumables and VAS material, maintaining relations with external suppliers to ensure consistent and timely refills.
Key Responsibilities
  • Carry out VAS activities arranged according to customer requirements.
  • Supervise the (un)loading process related to pallets.
  • Arrange other VAS activities such as fumigation, stuffing, certificate of origin, etc.
  • Update systems status and upload documents relating to KN services.
