Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Representative to manage and expand existing accounts in the Campania region of Italy. As a trusted partner and advisor to our customers, you will be responsible for improving profitability and customer satisfaction scores.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Full revenue responsibility, including forecasting and target performance achievement.
  • Act as a trusted partner and advisor to customers, providing strategic account management and post-sales implementation support.
  • New product and menu expansion targeting and sales support.
  • Prepare and execute regular customer business reviews.
  • Manage routine renewals of base business accounts and negotiate long-term contracts.
  • Implement new assays and provide ongoing training and coaching to customers as requested.
  • Oversee progress of cross-functional implementation teams with project managers.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
  • Minimum 1-3 years of experience in the diagnostic industry, with a focus on managing and expanding existing accounts and improving customer relationships.
  • Proven track record in a similar position, supported by management and customer references.
  • Excellent product and industry knowledge, strong understanding of key stakeholders and customer dynamics.
  • Strong solution selling and relationship building skills, excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to identify and drive resolution of issues, long-term strategic focus on account.
  • Candidates must be fluent in local language (Italian) and English, additional languages advantageous.

Estimated Salary: €60,000 - €80,000 per annum, depending on experience.

GEOGRAPHIC AREA: Campania, preferred residence in Naples.

JOB FAMILY: Sales Force.

LOCATION: Italy > Rome: Via Giorgio Ribotta 9.

ADDITIONAL LOCATIONS: Work from home options available.

WORK SHIFT: Standard.

TRAVEL: Yes, up to 75% of the time.
