Key Responsibilities

We are seeking a dedicated analyst to support our Living team in Italy. This role involves collaborating with team members to identify, evaluate, and manage investment opportunities. Key responsibilities include:

  • Conduct comprehensive financial and strategic analyses, along with in-depth industry research for diverse investment and development projects within the Living sector.
  • Update and maintain financial models with actual performance data and future projections.
  • Perform financial assessments and sensitivity analyses on models to evaluate potential returns.
  • Assist in asset management tasks, including leasing and sales processes.
  • Prepare investment memoranda, presentations, and other documentation for both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Take an active role in managing multiple portfolios and projects, particularly during the Financial Modeling and Due Diligence phases of transactions.
  • Collaborate with external parties such as investors, lenders, brokers, tenants, and legal/tax advisors.
  • Support the Financial and Due Diligence processes for ongoing transactions.
  • Maintain effective communication with various teams, external advisors, and investors.
  • Monitor asset performance, including tracking business plan execution, preparing reports for investors, and liaising with fund managers and other stakeholders.
  • Participate in commercial due diligence activities, including market assessments and lease evaluations.
  • Provide financial and qualitative analyses and draft investment memoranda for Board approvals.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A strong academic background with a master’s degree in Economics, Finance, or Real Estate.
  • A minimum of one year of experience in a reputable Real Estate, Private Equity, Investment Banking, or Consulting firm.
  • Proficiency in both Italian and English.
  • Advanced skills in Excel and PowerPoint.
  • A genuine passion for the Real Estate sector.
  • Strong numerical abilities and experience in financial modeling.
  • Attention to detail and a collaborative mindset.
  • The capacity to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
