At Miu Miu, we are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Stock Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our store operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth management of our warehouse and inventory.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the receipt, storage, and distribution of goods in accordance with company procedures and guidelines.
  • Ensure the accurate and efficient handling of inventory, including the preparation of products for the sales floor and special areas.
  • Prepare shop-to-shop and returns transfers, as well as e-commerce orders, in compliance with company timelines and guidelines.
  • Organize the packaging and stationery physically and on IT systems, as well as the display objects system.
  • Participate in the correct management of uniforms, gifts, and damaged products.
  • Ensure the security and cleanliness of the warehouse.
  • Support the Stock Referent in optimizing and rationalizing available spaces.
  • Collaborate with the Visual Merchandising team and Client Advisors as needed.

Requirements:

  • Similar 2-3 year experience in a role with similar responsibilities, preferably in the luxury/fashion industry.
  • Fluent spoken English is expected, with other languages desirable.
  • High sense of responsibility, ability to work in a team, and organized and detail-oriented.
