About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Workshop Technician to join our team at Stryker Italia S.R.L. in Formello. As a key member of our workshop team, you will be responsible for the repair and maintenance of Stryker equipment, ensuring that all repairs are completed to the highest standards and in a timely manner.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage daily workload within the workshop to meet demand plans and customer needs with minimal supervision
  • Ensure that all repairs are evaluated and completed in a timely manner
  • Work with the Customer Services Department to schedule the quality checking of all capital equipment
  • Respond to customer and internal queries in a timely, efficient, and professional manner
  • Provide reporting and documentation on all aspects of work within the workshop
  • Assist with ERP data entry, quoting, and repair of customer equipment
  • Maintain technical competency through regular and frequent attendance at appropriate courses of further vocational study and continuing professional development
  • Ensure that Health & Safety standards and requirements are met at all times by the Supplier, its employees, servants, and agents
Requirements
  • Fluent in Local Language as well as minimum level of English
  • Educational requirements per country-specific regulations
  • Educated to degree level is preferable with experience in at least one of the following: Biomedical, Electrical, or Mechanical Engineering
  • Service and maintenance of medical equipment
  • Previous experience of maintenance and repair of medical equipment
  • Full Driver's license
  • Experience in a technical/engineering role, ideally in the hospital/medical environment
