Cybersecurity Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled Cybersecurity Engineer to join our team at Thales Alenia Space. As a Cybersecurity Engineer, you will play a key role in ensuring the security of our space-based systems and products.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Contribute to the development of the Information Security Management Plan (ISMP) document.
  • Prepare and maintain the Information Security Risk Analysis (ISRA) document.
  • Conduct Threat and Vulnerability Analysis to identify potential security risks.
  • Develop and maintain cybersecurity requirements for our products and systems.
  • Design and implement cybersecurity architectures to ensure the security of our space-based systems.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to review and improve the security of our products and systems.
  • Identify and implement necessary testing tools and products to validate cybersecurity requirements.
  • Perform verification and validation of cybersecurity requirements.
  • Support meetings with customers and suppliers to discuss cybersecurity-related matters.
Requirements:
  • Strong understanding of cybersecurity principles and practices.
  • Experience with security risk analysis and threat modeling.
  • Knowledge of security standards and methodologies, such as ISO 27K and EBIOS.
  • Proficiency in security tools, such as DOORS and EBIOS tools.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Demonstrated experience in cybersecurity activities, preferably in the space industry.
