Job Title: Mechanical Supervisor

ThyssenKrupp nucera Italy is a leading company in the design and supply of electrochemical plants for the production of green hydrogen, chlorine, and caustic soda. We are seeking a skilled Mechanical Supervisor to join our team.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Guide the assembly of equipment, skids, package units, and piping (metallic and plastic) based on engineering documentation.
  • Ensure correct interpretation of drawings and procedures provided by the company.
  • Coordinate vendor specialists and check installation and operation compliance with contractual requirements.
  • Monitor working progress and establish completion programs with customers.
  • Report daily to the central office in Milan any problems at the construction site and identify corrective actions.
Requirements:
  • Strong mechanical and chemical background.
  • 3-5 years of experience as a Mechanical Supervisor in engineering companies operating in the chemical industry.
  • Good spoken and written English language skills.
  • Availability to travel and stay out of Europe at plant sites.
  • High attention to OSH topics and procedures.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to interact with other cultures.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and capability to manage stress situations.
  • Attitude to prepare periodic reports to the headquarters in Milan.
  • Knowledge of IT tools: MS Office, Design software (i.e., AutoCAD, Navisworks).
