Logistics Internship Overview

Kemin Cavriago seeks a motivated logistics intern to join our team. The selected candidate will be responsible for managing Excel files, ensuring accuracy and reliability in data entry.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage Excel files used by various business areas, maintaining up-to-date information.
• Prepare documents for daily shipments, collaborating with the logistics and warehouse team to ensure smooth operations.
• Assist in creating loading lists based on shipment files and update the daily loading/unloading schedule file.

Requirements

• Good knowledge of the Italian language and basic English skills, mainly in writing.
• Excellent communication skills and accuracy in data entry.
• Ability to adapt to changing environments and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
