About the Role

The Sr. Analyst, Supply Planning, is a key member of our European Supply Chain team, responsible for inventory, replenishment, and production planning of a portfolio of Finished Goods products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a portfolio of products with significant market impact, ensuring optimal inventory levels and working capital investment.
  • Create and maintain accurate production schedules, matching production requirements with available resources.
  • Participate in monthly S&OP Supply Review, assessing long-term capacity load and proposing scenarios to address trade-offs.
  • Collaborate with local Supply Chain counterparts to achieve the best service result for final customers.
  • Leverage software tools (ERP, APS, Analytics) to maintain an accurate and timely flow of information throughout the supply network.
  • Maintain SAP material master data, defining parameters that deliver production and distribution plans in line with defined strategies.
  • Support Product Change Management initiatives to meet project milestones while minimizing waste and losses.
  • Perform long-range supply assessments and supply chain modeling for ad-hoc projects.
Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in supply chain planning, preferably in a planning role.
  • Strong analytical skills, with a passion for problem-solving and a hands-on approach.
  • Bachelor's degree or greater, preferably in an engineering or supply chain discipline.
  • Experience as a project manager/initiative lead/coordinator is a competitive advantage.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, including data analysis features.
  • Fluent in English, with additional European languages a plus.
  • Knowledge of FMCG environment and APICS/Lean certifications.
