Job Summary

As a Senior Business Development Manager at Samsung, you will play a crucial role in driving sales growth and expanding our presence in the Large Account channel. This is an exciting opportunity to develop and maintain strategic relationships with major accounts, promoting brand awareness and demand generation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Meet and/or exceed sales and profit targets in the Large Account channel, ensuring the highest levels of service for our named customers.
  • Retain long-term customer relationships with established end-user clients and generate demand from new prospects, leveraging your expertise in business development and sales strategy.
  • Liaise between customers and company departments, including marketing and product marketing, pre-sales and Service, to ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives.
  • Provide ongoing support to high-value clients, implementing business strategies to achieve profitable business relationships and identifying new revenue opportunities with major accounts.
  • Develop and maintain strategic business relationships with major accounts to promote brand awareness and demand generation, managing directly commercial negotiations and contracts.
  • Collaborate with Pre-Sales department to provide customers with technical expertise about features, demos, maintenance, customization of product and/or solutions.
  • Close deals ensuring that contracts are finalized within the correct timeframes throughout the national territory, driving sales growth and revenue expansion.
  • Manage sales forecasting and inventory management, including stock planning and rotation, to ensure optimal sales performance.
  • Continuously monitor sales volumes, revenues, and costs against forecasts, making data-driven decisions to drive business growth.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Economics or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in B2B Sales (Products and Solutions), preferably in the Government sector.
  • Excellent MS Office skills and very good written and spoken English language proficiency.
  • Ability to travel 70% of the time, with occasional international transfers.
