Descrizione del Ruolo:
FMC Corporation è alla ricerca di un Specialista in Vendite e Sviluppo d'Impresa per il Nord Italia.
La figura richiesta sarà fondamentale nello sviluppo delle vendite e nella gestione delle relazioni con i distributori, promuovendo il nostro portafoglio prodotti e fornendo supporto tecnico e strategico sul campo.
Principali Responsabilità:
- Gestione Vendite: Sviluppare e ampliare il portafoglio clienti, gestendo le trattative commerciali e garantendo il raggiungimento degli obiettivi di vendita.
- Supporto sul Campo: Visite regolari ai clienti e partecipazione a demo-trials per presentare le novità del portafoglio prodotti, raccogliendo feedback e proponendo soluzioni su misura.
- Collaborazione di Squadra: Lavorare a stretto contatto con il team di vendita e marketing per sviluppare strategie efficaci e migliorare la penetrazione di mercato.
- Analisi di Mercato: Monitorare le dinamiche del settore, identificare opportunità di business e proporre strategie per massimizzare i risultati.
Requisiti:
- Esperienza di 8-10 anni in ruoli commerciali nel settore agricolo.
- Conoscenza approfondita del territorio assegnato e dei principali interlocutori.
- Ottime capacità comunicative e di negoziazione, orientamento al risultato e attitudine al problem solving.
