About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to join our team at Amazon. As a key member of our Operations team, you will be responsible for leading a team of Area Managers and driving operational excellence across our sites.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and develop a team of Area Managers to achieve business objectives
  • Lead operational teams on a shift, deal with issues, and positively impact site performance
  • Analyse shift performance against relevant business objectives, and put in place actions to improve operational excellence
  • Work closely with other support teams, including HR, Finance, Health and Safety, and Security
  • Design and deliver initiatives across the sites to improve operational performance
A Day in the Life

You will lead shifts at one of our operational sites, working closely with other teams to drive business results. You will be responsible for mentoring and coaching your team, providing leadership and support to help them achieve their best.

About the Team

Our Customer Fulfilment team is at the heart of Amazon's Operations network, handling over 1.5 million orders every day. We are a dynamic and fast-paced team, always looking for ways to innovate and improve our processes.
