Job Summary
The SAINT LAURENT Stock Associate - Merchandise Flow Manager is responsible for contributing to the increase of store turnover by participating in the management of merchandise flow within the store and adhering to all internal procedures in terms of logistics.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain a high level of stock accuracy and organization
- Ensure timely and efficient receipt, processing, and storage of merchandise
- Coordinate and execute inventory management tasks, including cycle counts and physical inventories
- Collaborate with the Store Director and other team members to achieve sales targets and maintain a positive store image
- Provide exceptional customer service and maintain a high level of professionalism in all interactions
- Adhere to all Company Policies and Procedures, including those related to merchandise flow and inventory management
Requirements
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
- Knowledge of inventory management principles and practices
Working Conditions
This is a full-time position that requires regular working hours and flexibility to meet the needs of the store.
