About the Role

The Veterinary Digital Engagement Specialist will be responsible for building stronger connections with veterinarians using digital assets, CRM, and social media. This role is a key factor in engaging the veterinary profession through digital assets, with success measured by in-market success with related KPIs.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Develop educational content and digital assets that engage and communicate effectively with veterinarians, including schools, aligning messaging across multiple platforms and tools.
  2. Manage and support the implementation of owned digital professional tools, including eLearning, eCom, Recommendation tool, and website, and perform analysis via dedicated reports.
  3. Scout, manage, and create content for tools, blogs, influencers followed by veterinarians, including LinkedIn, apps, instant messaging, WhatsApp, blogs, and digital magazines.
  4. Create content for social media and CRM according to the editorial plan.
  5. Support the Customer Development team and Pet Vet Affairs in developing digital educational and promotional assets for key customers, including webinars, Speaker Tours, and congresses.
  6. Manage a vet dedicated helpline, supporting and engaging with professionals on a daily basis.
  7. Partner with peers to coordinate executional activities and fully leverage tools/assets.

Requirements

  1. Veterinary Medicine, Nutrition, or equivalent degree.
  2. At least 1-2 years of general practice experience.
  3. At least 1 year of experience in a veterinary clinic.
  4. Strong digital attitude and propensity for new technologies, including social media and other digital platforms.
  5. Ability to understand and apply principles of adult learning.
  6. Commercial interest/competence.
  7. Strong analytical and data-driven thinking mindset.
  8. Proven project management skills and ability to work under constant deadline pressure.
  9. Strong decision-making and problem-solving approach.
  10. Excellent oral and written communication capabilities.
  11. Enthusiasm, passion, positive, and proactive approach to work.
  12. Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Keynote, and Google's G Suite.
  13. Fluent in English and Italian.

Preferred Qualifications

  1. Master's Degree in Education or Nutrition-related field.
  2. Knowledge of various methods of engagement and communication, including gamification.

Location

Rome Headquarter (the role requires to be at the office on average 3 days/week).
