About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity to join ABB Schweiz AG as a Service Project Manager, reporting to the Field Service Manager. As a key member of the Electrification Service Division in Italy, you will be responsible for leading the execution of Service Projects, ensuring they meet procedures, specifications, standards, and targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Project Controls department in defining project documents, including scope and financial plans, schedule, and risk management plans.
  • Monitor and control project progress, resources, and financials.
  • Identify and manage risks, ensuring all opportunities are identified and pursued.
  • Coordinate with the Procurement and Logistics team to procure required services, materials, and equipment.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, acting as a contact point for customer inquiries and an escalation point for project issues.

Requirements:

  • 5 years of experience in project management, preferably in service.
  • Enhanced knowledge of Switchboards and switches.
  • Passionate about Service and commissioning.
  • Degree or Technical Diploma in Electro-mechanical field.
  • Proficient in English communication.
  • Collaborative, solution-focused approach and strong written and spoken communication skills.
