Job Title: V.I.E. HR Transformation Consultant

Sia Partners is seeking a highly motivated and skilled V.I.E. HR Transformation Consultant to join its team in Italy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project management and operational implementation of HR information tools and systems (HRIS)
  • Implementation of virtual collaboration spaces (digital communities) and optimisation of the training offer
  • Design of organisational models, including as-is analysis of the organisational structure and formulation of recommendations for performance optimisation
  • Data analytics, including data management and analysis in the context of staff sizing projects and performance management
  • Change management, including design of communication plans, training plans, and support for client resources

Requirements:

  • Graduated from a top engineering school, business school, or university
  • Proven experience in consulting or in the field of Human Resources
  • Professional rigour, open-mindedness, sense of analysis and ability to synthesise, good communication skills, ability to work in a team, problem-solving skills, and the ability to quickly take responsibility for high-added value assignments within a dynamic structure

Language Requirements:

Fluent Italian and English are required.

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Anyone over 18 and under 28 years old at the date of registration is eligible to apply for International Volunteer Service
  • The departure for the mission is no later than the day of your 29th birthday
  • You must be of either a French or European nationality
  • You must be in good standing with the national service obligations of the country of which you are a national
  • You must have full civil rights and a clear criminal record

Additional Information:

This position is open primarily to any candidate from a European country (except Italy) who already has a good knowledge of the Italian language.

Payment: in accordance with the Business France scale + Going and Return transport.
