We are seeking a highly skilled Information Security Management System Expert to join our team at Etinars. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the security and integrity of our systems and data.
Key Responsibilities- Collaborate with our SE QHSE Director to develop and maintain our Information Security Management System (ISMS), IT Service Management Systems (IT SMS), Quality Management System (QMS), and Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) systems.
- Ensure compliance and efficacy across various management systems, including documentation maintenance, internal audits, and coordination of activities across Europe.
- Develop and implement risk management strategies to mitigate potential threats and vulnerabilities.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
- Stay up-to-date with industry regulations and standards, including GDPR and HIPAA.
- Good knowledge of current informatics systems, including Windows, Office Package, Lotus Notes, Visio, and Adobe.
- Good knowledge of Informatic Security Management System principles (ISO 27001).
- Good knowledge of IT Service Management Systems principles (ISO 20000).
- Good knowledge of Quality Management System principles (ISO 9001).
- Basic knowledge of HS Systems, including relevant Italian legislation (ISO 45001).
- Basic knowledge of Environmental Systems principles (ISO 14001 and EMAS).
- Good knowledge of English.
- Good knowledge of French and/or German will be considered a plus.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in risk management and assessment methodologies.
- Familiarity with industry-specific regulations and standards.
- Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
