About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Investment Consultant to join our team at Marsh & McLennan Companies, Inc. in Rome. As a key member of our Wealth-Investment team, you will play a critical role in supporting Institutional Investors in various activities, including asset allocation, manager selection, risk management, and ESG integration.

Key Responsibilities
  • Execute calculations on investment data provided by clients, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Communicate with investment managers on deep dives and specific lines of investments, providing clear and concise reports.
  • Prepare financial reports using Mercer tools for analysis and modeling, ensuring timely delivery.
  • Support the selection of investment managers, contributing to the delivery of routine queries for clients, investment managers, and third parties.
  • Deliver high-quality working documents, such as proposals, relations, and manuals, on time.
  • Support the preparation of presentations for clients, ensuring effective communication of complex investment data.
Requirements
  • University Master's Degree in Economics and Finance.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Results-oriented with attention to detail.
  • Energy and capability to manage multitasking and complex situations.
  • Excellent use of Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Italian and English proficiency.
