At Lepub, we seek a highly skilled Innovation Director to manage our creative client collaboration projects and tech-based advertising campaigns from inception to delivery. This role is ideal for a visionary leader with a passion for innovation and technology.

Responsibilities:

We are looking for someone who can lead governance and ways of working within our creative innovation team, comprised of international talent in a fast-paced environment.

The successful candidate will organize, coordinate, and orchestrate the team's time and project needs, communicating effectively with team members.

We require a project management and cross-organizational skillset to support pitch and new business development opportunities.

The Innovation Director will communicate and coordinate with our agency's stakeholders within and outside the organization on a local and global level.

We need someone who can define and agree on internal scope of work within the team and lead this scope directly with key global clients and ecosystem partners.

The Innovation Director will lead tech projects and campaign developments together with clients in a win-win collaborative approach, overseeing each step from brief to production and delivery.

The successful candidate will manage multiple suppliers, partners, and clients to ensure the best outcome and mitigate risks on a project.

We are looking for someone who can compile an estimate for agreed scopes of work, forecast resources needed for each project, and work closely with relevant teams to keep them up to date and secure needed resources for the project's success.

The Innovation Director will ensure projects are delivered within the agreed scope and time frame, managing ongoing changes and needs appropriately.

We require a leader who can maintain quality, timing, budget, and financial status of all projects and campaigns.

The ideal candidate will thrive on challenges and find new ways to solve them with a proactive, collaborative, and supportive team spirit.

Qualifications:

We are looking for someone with 8+ years of proven work experience in account management in an ad agency, with strong project management skills and ideally working with a tech company or directly for an innovation-led tech company.

The successful candidate should have 5+ years of experience in the advertising agency world.

We require a proven experience in successfully working with creative and account teams implementing innovative solutions, managing end-to-end campaign and tech-related product streams, and working with different stakeholders.

The Innovation Director should have a gained understanding of technology trends and product development processes, exposure to tech company culture, and an agile mindset and ways of working.

We are looking for someone who is fluent in English, with speaking Italian and/or any additional languages being a plus.

The ideal candidate will be adaptable, with strong project status and processes skillset, able to make use of relevant resources and tools.

We require a passionate go-getter, proactive thinker, and creative problem solver, bringing an energetic start-up approach.

The Innovation Director should be curious about tech and innovation, constantly thinking about the next trend and cultural news in consumers' lives and what takes us further.

We are looking for someone knowledgeable about technologies used in digital development, comfortable holding a conversation regarding technical processes, issues, and solutions.

The ideal candidate will be entrepreneurial, with a collaborative, supportive, and team-based approach, flexible mindset with an agile attitude.

We require an empathetic and friendly communicator with high communication skills.
