Department Head

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Department Manager to join our team at Burberry Limited. As a key member of our store management team, you will be responsible for driving sales performance and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

• Lead a high-performing sales team to achieve sales goals and KPIs
• Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth and improve customer engagement
• Coach and develop sales associates to deliver exceptional customer service and sales results
• Manage customer flow and ensure a seamless shopping experience
• Partner with the Store Manager to develop and retain talented employees
• Lead by example and embody the Burberry Experience in all interactions with customers
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategies
• Collaborate with the Store Manager to develop and implement sales plans and promotions
• Manage and resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and timely manner
• Perform other duties as required to support the smooth operation of the store

• Advanced knowledge of POS systems and digital tools
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Proven sales and leadership experience in a retail environment
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
