About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Front End Technologies Architect to join our Innovative & Enterprise Architecture team in Milan. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for defining architectural technologies and design solutions for new projects, ensuring alignment with our Group IT strategy.

Main Responsibilities
  • Identification of application impacts during project estimation and design of high-level architecture
  • Definition of architectural, technical, and integration needs for Request for Proposal and technical evaluation criteria
  • Process/flows diagrams during project analysis
  • Incident management process and identification of issue sources and corrective initiatives
  • Studying global architectural principles and integration based on local scope
  • Discovery of new technologies and solutions for E.ON needs
  • Verification and validation of Systems Integrators developments
Scope of Involvement

The ideal candidate will be involved in several small to large evolution projects to support business growth in Italy, collaborating with external partners, internal IT teams, business departments, and Group Architects. The main areas of involvement include:

  • Salesforce: CRM processes, Salesforce Industries cloud, commodity, and solutions catalog, Field Service, Sales & Support cloud
  • Document Management platforms and processes on contract management, digital sign, archiving
  • Omnichannel architectures for inbound/outbound communications
  • External customer portal integration with CRM and backend systems
  • Implementation of DevOps methodology on Salesforce
Requirements
  • Bachelor in computer science or equivalent
  • Experience in the Architect role at least 2-3 years
  • Knowledge as Solution Architect in Salesforce
  • Knowledge of Project Management methodology with proven experience in small projects
  • Knowledge of Business Process Model and Notation (BPMN)
  • Fluency in Italian and English both written and spoken
  • Main Integration Pattern knowledge (REST and SOAP APIs, Event Driven,...)
Optional Requirements
  • Specific Technical certifications (e.g., TOGAF)
  • Knowledge of Utilities Market processes for commodities and energy solutions
  • Knowledge of Agile methodology
  • Personal experience as DevOps developer or knowledge of DevOps methodology/tools
