POSITION OVERVIEW

New Guards Group is seeking a Production Development Intern to assist in the production workflow of the Footwear collection for the NGG brands. Reporting directly to the Production Manager, you will be involved in all stages of the production and enhancement of the Footwear collection.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Coordinate and engage in production fittings, ensuring product quality and fit in collaboration with the product office and external partners.
  • Develop production documentation for suppliers, including fitting notes and guidelines for packaging and labeling.
  • Conduct meticulous monitoring and analysis of assigned orders.
  • Manage sample logistics between headquarters, warehouse, and suppliers.
  • Input data into the ERP system, maintaining and updating production-related records.
  • Oversee pre-production samples between headquarters and suppliers.
  • Collaborate with the product development team and foster relationships with suppliers.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Fashion Product Development, Economics, or Management Engineering.
  • Demonstrated enthusiasm and interest in the luxury fashion sector.
  • Proactive, adaptable team contributor.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Fluency in both written and spoken English and Italian, which will be assessed during the selection process.
