About the Role

We are seeking a skilled MSP CX Lab Technician to join our Amazon Operations Innovation Lab team in Vercelli, Italy. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safe installation, maintenance, and demonstration of automated technologies in our lab.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the installation of automated technologies, including MHE and other technology products.
  • Monitor, troubleshoot, and repair issues with technologies to ensure they are running smoothly.
  • Collaborate with the Lab Tour Admin to prepare and support during Lab Tours.
  • Manage spare parts lists and maintain stock quantities to ensure optimal lab operations.
  • Update technologies and components through continuous improvement to maintain the highest standards.
  • Assure that technologies installed in the lab are functional and available at all times.

We are open to hiring candidates to work out of one of the following locations: Vercelli, ITA. The job may require occasional travel within Europe (5%).
