We are seeking a highly skilled **Digital SEO Strategist** to join our team and drive change through our international brands' SEO strategy.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to work with our local marketing teams and shape technology to empower businesses with cutting-edge digital services.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Conducting comprehensive SEO audits (technical, on-page, off-page, content, backlinks) and providing actionable recommendations to enhance site crawling, ranking, and organic traffic.
• Developing and implementing advanced SEO strategies that go beyond the usual recommendations from audits.
• Defining and coordinating SEO roadmaps in collaboration with local teams.
• Executing initiatives to boost visibility, traffic, and conversions through SEO strategies.
• Providing regular updates on project status, timelines, and results to team members and senior management.
• Leading and nurturing the group SEO community by sharing best practices, conducting training sessions, and providing regular SEO updates.
• Staying informed about the latest SEO industry changes and identifying opportunities for new projects.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• More than 5 years of SEO experience, preferably in an international environment.
• Strong experience having full ownership in designing and implementing SEO strategies.
• Proficiency in conducting SEO audits for non-English websites.
• The ability to think creatively and provide advanced SEO recommendations.
• Proven success in a similar SEO leadership or consulting role.
• Extensive knowledge of all aspects of SEO (technical, content, outreach).
• Fluency in English; additional EU languages are a plus.
• Expertise in using SEO tools such as Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, SEMrush, Majestic, etc.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal reporting lines.
• A data-oriented mindset, ensuring all decisions are data-driven.

Compensation Package

We offer a competitive salary range of €60,000 - €90,000 per year, depending on your level of experience and qualifications.
