About the Role

Younited Credit is seeking a highly skilled Risk Analyst to join our Risk & Pricing team. As a Risk Analyst, you will play a critical role in managing and optimizing the risk performance of our credit portfolio.

Key Responsibilities
  • Advanced Monitoring and Analysis: Monitor and report all risk KPIs for Direct and Via Partners products, providing meticulous attention to detail and the ability to interpret complex data to guide strategic decisions.
  • Innovation in Risk and Fraud Policies: Manage and optimize risk and fraud policies, with a special focus on Autogranting services and new Credit Bureau services, ensuring the integrity and effectiveness of decision-making processes.
  • Leadership in Transformation Committees: Actively participate in transformation and risk committees, presenting key findings and recommendations to local and international stakeholders.
  • Strategic Projects: Engage in strategic initiatives, contributing in-depth market analysis and participating in the definition of roadmaps and business cases for new products, ensuring new partnerships and products meet Younited Credit's high standards in terms of risk management.
Requirements
  • Education and Knowledge: Bachelor's/Master's degree in Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, or Engineering, with expertise in Credit Risk Management.
  • Knowledge of the banking/financial sector, with excellent knowledge of the Office package (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and the English language.
  • Soft Skills: Proactivity in supporting strategic initiatives, ability to actively contribute to continuous improvement, high competence in data analysis, strong orientation towards solving complex problems, time management skills, and effective communication skills.
  • Experience: At least 2 years of experience in the banking/credit sector, within the area of Credit Risk Management or similar fields.
