About the Role
We are seeking a seasoned Senior IT Project Manager to lead multifunctional-technology projects and programs with competing deadlines in a fast-paced, outcome-oriented environment.
As a key member of the ICT & Security Organization, you will effectively manage resources, budgets, and cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions that align with the firm's strategic goals.
You will be responsible for defining project scope, objectives, budgets, and success criteria in collaboration with cross-functional tech teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead a multidisciplinary team of engineers, developers, and other professionals.
- Develop and execute comprehensive project and program plans, incorporating technical requirements, resource allocation, and timelines to ensure on-time delivery of technology solutions.
- Assign tasks, set clear expectations, and provide guidance to ensure the teams productivity and cohesion.
- Prepare executive level reports to track and meet project targets and budgets, escalate issues and roadblocks, and recommend solutions to resolve challenges.
Requirements
- An established Project Manager with a proven track record of delivery of technical projects.
- Full lifecycle implementation experience is required.
- Excellent time management skills with demonstrable experience of working under pressure to tight deadlines and managing a high workload with conflicting priorities.
- Effective influencing and negotiating skills in an environment where this role may not directly control resources.
