About the Role

Civitanavi Systems Srl Unipersonale is a leading player in the design, development, and manufacture of high-tech solutions for Navigation, Control, and Stabilization Systems. We are seeking a skilled Production Planner to join our team.

Key Responsibilities

1. Coordinate production planning to ensure timely delivery of multiple programs.
2. Support internal coordination and teamwork to facilitate task execution.
3. Guarantee production order execution within established deadlines.
4. Monitor production progress and generate periodic reporting to identify and mitigate risks.
5. Provide progress updates and issue reports to Administration, Finance & Controlling.
6. Contribute to the Planning & Program Management Process by providing KPIs to the Quality Department.
7. Review customer orders and provide order acknowledgments.
8. Participate in Change Control Boards to evaluate proposed changes' impact on deliveries.
9. Prepare and maintain the production plan with support from Assembly & Testing.
10. Coordinate material availability with Procurement.
11. Manage product maintenance and repair activities.

Requirements

1. Minimum 1-2 years of experience in similar roles in manufacturing companies.
2. Good knowledge of the English language.
3. Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
4. Strong interpersonal relationship skills.
5. Good team player.
6. Degree in Engineering, Economics, or similar field.
