Role Overview

As an ERP Project Manager, you'll be a key member of our Finance department, responsible for leading ERP implementation projects and ensuring seamless transitions. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams, manage vendor relationships, and provide training to ensure end-users can effectively utilize the ERP system.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage ERP implementation projects, ensuring end-to-end success in the Finance department.
  • Facilitate smooth ERP-driven transitions, addressing resistance and ensuring positive user experiences.
  • Coordinate and provide ERP user training, ensuring Finance team members and end-users can effectively utilize the ERP system.
  • Oversee testing and quality assurance processes, guaranteeing the ERP system meets performance and functional requirements.
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations, maintaining adherence to best practices, especially in the fintech sector.
Requirements
  • Extensive financial services industry experience, with a deep understanding of financial services.
  • Proficiency in financial modeling and risk assessment, with the ability to interpret complex financial data and communicate findings to diverse stakeholders.
  • Attention to detail, with a proactive approach to identifying risks and opportunities, adept at prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines.
  • Team-player attitude, with integrity and professionalism, and the ability to excel in dynamic environments while upholding ethical and regulatory standards.
  • Language proficiency in Italian and English.
