About the Role

We're looking for a talented and experienced retail professional to lead our store team as a Head Coach. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for creating a welcoming and engaging store environment that showcases our products and services. You'll also be responsible for building and developing a high-performing team, managing store operations, and driving sales growth through effective merchandising and visual displays.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and develop a high-performing store team to deliver exceptional customer experiences and drive sales growth
  • Manage store operations, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and store maintenance
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive growth and meet sales targets
  • Collaborate with the store team to create a welcoming and engaging store environment that showcases our products and services
  • Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth

Requirements
  • 5+ years of retail experience, with a proven track record of success in a leadership role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and customers
  • Strong business acumen, with the ability to analyze sales data and develop effective sales strategies
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team, with a flexible and adaptable approach to work
