We are seeking an Automation Systems Project Manager to join our team in Rome within the Smart Infrastructure Regional Solution & Service area. As a senior Project Manager/Service Agreement Manager, your mission will be to manage maintenance projects and contracts, all related KPIs, with the aim of re-adding the set corporate.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Guarantee customer satisfaction;
  • Manage penalties/claims;
  • Obtain contract variants and technical/administrative closure of the same;
  • Perform and manage project risk analysis;
  • Monitor project achievements and adherence to budgets and initiates actions to minimize non-compliance costs;
  • Clarify customer objectives and requirements and/or project specifications based on bid documentation and customer order;
  • Coordinate overall project planning and decides on resource allocation by monitoring work progress;
  • Organize project meetings and is responsible for communication to the customer and stakeholders;
  • Be responsible for the management and motivation of the project team by ensuring the correct assignment of tasks to resources, based on their competence and seniority;
  • Adhere to project management standards and business conduct guidelines (e.g. code of ethics; tax regulations; export control, EHS).
