Senior Manager for NTT DATA Supply Chain Consulting

About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Manager to join our Supply Chain Consulting team in Milan, Italy. As a Senior Manager, you will play a key role in driving business growth and developing strategic partnerships with clients and alliance partners.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify new business opportunities through collaboration with colleagues, planning technology partners, and direct sales channels.
  • Present Supply Chain propositions to clients and stakeholders.
  • Create proposals and drive continued revenue growth.
  • Foster relationships with clients and alliance partners to increase visibility of Supply Chain Consulting in the European market.
  • Take ownership of recruitment and talent development.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in engineering, operations research, supply chain management, or related field (Master's degree preferred).
  • Minimum 12+ years of experience in the supply chain industry, with a strong background in quantitative tools and methodology.
  • Proven track record of business development in supply chain, with experience in consulting and client-facing roles.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with fluency in Italian and English languages.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience working with planning tools from o9 Solutions, Toolsgroup, and/or BlueYonder.
