About this role

The Warehouse/Shipping Officer supports the Finished Goods warehouse/shipping Manager in stock management and organization, transport and warehousing activities of finished goods for customers and other companies of the Group. This role ensures the good flow of products out of the warehouse, meeting on-time deliveries.

Main responsibilities

  • Organize and manage national and international shippings of finished goods, components, and tinplate.
  • Manage all documentation needed for international and national shipping by contacting and organizing the travel with internal and external service transport companies.
  • Receive orders on JDE for new cans packaging and for cans packaging returned from customers.
  • Manage and monitor all activities with the "sell building" program, registering costs of transport and stock management of finished goods.
  • Manage platforms, frames, and interlayers shipping.
  • Efficiently communicate with suppliers and customers to organize work effectively.
  • Work in total respect of environmental, health & safety rules.

Education:

High school diploma or master degree

Previous working experience of 2 years as warehouse officer in a complex production warehouse in a fast-moving environment.
