About the Role:
The Product Manager will be responsible for driving the creation and development of profitable, high-growth products that meet market and customer requirements.
Your Responsibilities:
- Ensure the compliant introduction of our products to the market, analyzing and implementing legal requirements.
- Evaluate product requirements and determine whether a core-product can be implemented to find a balanced solution that satisfies market needs.
- Determine market-driven needs and requirements for product development and evolution.
- Create business plans and oversee their implementation within budget and timeframe.
- Monitor and document product history, ensuring accurate reflection in product documentation.
- Ensure ongoing product innovation and support sales in the presales phase of large projects.
- Support and coordinate the development team, identifying opportunities to scale the product development process.
Requirements:
- 5 years of experience in software product management.
- Ability to work with a team and build alignment without formal authority.
- Knowledge of the Italian Doctors market.
- Fluency in Italian and English.
- Interest in Healthcare.
- Dynamism, curiosity, and eagerness to learn.
