Senior Tax Analyst

The Sherwin-Williams Company is seeking a highly skilled Senior Tax Analyst to join the Italian Tax group. As a key member of the team, you will play a vital role in the Company's tax compliance, research, and planning, execution, and documentation.

• Prepare and file accurate Income Tax Returns (Unico) and consolidated Tax Returns (CNM) for Italian Legal Entities.
• Assist with the preparation, analysis, and review of year-end income tax provisions for assigned subsidiaries and various computations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional groups to develop and execute moderately complex tax planning strategies and projects.
• Maintain a calendar of due dates for international tax compliance and reporting tasks.
• Support the Italian Tax team in preparing and reviewing VAT/Indirect Tax filings, Direct Tax filings, and Withholding tax returns.
• Assist with Italian payroll tax compliance and tax audit inquiries.
• Support Audit and Internal Controls, handling audit queries, preparing audit and reconciliation schedules, and supporting STAT FS and Consolidated STAT FS for the Tax portion.
• Prepare and file accurate Transfer Pricing documentation.

• Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 4 years of GL accounting and taxes experience.
• Certified accountant.
• Postgraduate degree or Master's degree in Business and accounting education according to Italian accounting standards.
• Strong Excel skills.
• Italian native language.
• Must have strong command of English, written and spoken, and be able to participate or lead meetings in English.
• Previous experience working in an audit environment or a multinational organization with 2+ years of finance/accounting experience.
• Advantage to have 2+ years of experience with Oracle ERP accounting.
