Product Development Manager

About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Product Manager to join our dynamic Tecnica Skiboots team. As a Product Development Manager, you will be responsible for the editing of the "New Product Briefing" and consistently overseeing the related product development process to guarantee the full match with consumer and trade needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Consistently monitoring the product development to guarantee the correct application of the brand values and strategy and to secure the alignment with the Company Direction;
• Sharing and monitoring the product development with the goal to guarantee the respect of the deadlines related to time to market, marketing and production needs;
• Collaborating with the R&D team to ensure the appropriate marginality in alignment with the Company guide lines by a consistent analysis on direct product costs and collection definition;
• Up to date in terms of technologies, materials, and processes to fulfill Brand and market needs in terms of innovation.
