The Alibaba Group is hiring a Sales Growth Strategist to lead the development and execution of sales growth initiatives across our organization. This role will focus on identifying and capitalizing on opportunities to drive revenue expansion, improve operational efficiency, and enhance overall customer satisfaction.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Conducting in-depth market research and analysis to pinpoint areas of untapped potential and opportunities for growth.
  • Developing and implementing comprehensive sales strategies that align with our business objectives and capitalize on emerging trends.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to design and execute campaigns that drive sales growth and improve customer engagement.
  • Monitoring and evaluating the effectiveness of sales initiatives, providing actionable insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Proficiency in Chinese Mandarin, English, and Italian as working languages.
  • A bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in business or a related field.
  • A minimum of 3 years' experience in sales, marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and drive informed decision-making.
  • Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across functional teams.
