Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented International Accounting Specialist to join our Global Business Service Team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing various accounting activities, including month-end closing, accounts payable and receivable, and balance sheet accounts reconciliation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage month-end closing activities, including accruals, prepayments, inventory, and payroll
  • Act as the main point of contact for communication with subsidiaries
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders
  • Manage balance sheet accounts reconciliation
  • Post and pay vendor invoices
  • Post customer payments and credit memos
  • Prepare customer invoices and statements
  • Assist in preparing audit work for year-end with external auditors
  • Assist in executing company policies and compliance procedures
  • Manage bank accounts reconciliation and posting
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Economics, Finance, Administration, or Business Management
  • Intermediate English level; proficiency in other EMEA languages is a plus
  • At least 6 months of experience in accounting or auditing
  • Good Excel knowledge; SAP experience is a plus
  • Experience working or studying abroad is a plus
