Key Responsibilities
  • Drive strategic initiatives to enhance service delivery and customer experience
  • Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and quality
  • Lead cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives and improve operational performance
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and prioritize service improvement opportunities
  • Design and implement transformation roadmaps to achieve strategic goals
  • Develop and manage budgets to support service improvement initiatives
  • Provide coaching and guidance to team members to enhance their skills and knowledge
Requirements
  • Master Blackbelt or Blackbelt certification in Lean Six Sigma or similar
  • Significant experience in working with Lean, Six Sigma, OKR, DBS, or similar toolkits and management systems
  • Proven track record of driving and leading major changes and organizational transformations
  • Experience in managing teams and leading cross-functional initiatives
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Fluent in English; German or Italian is a plus
