About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Migration Specialist to join our team at Philips. As a key member of our project team, you will be responsible for delivering data migration services to manage data transfer and manipulation between Philips RI and systems from other leading vendors.

Key Responsibilities
  • Document Customer Requirements: Gather and document customer requirements and expectations to ensure a smooth data migration process.
  • Data Migration Strategy: Define a data migration strategy that meets the customer's needs and ensures minimal disruption to their operations.
  • Implementation and Execution: Implement and execute data migration channels, perform migration for QA sample sets, and receive and elaborate customer feedback.
  • Exception Management: Identify and manage exceptions that may arise during the migration process.
  • Reporting and Documentation: Create reports and documentation to track progress and ensure compliance with Philips' standards.
Requirements
  • Education: University Degree or Master's Degree in IT, technical field, or related field.
  • Experience: 2-3 years of experience in a similar role, with expertise in database design, implementation, and administration.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in development of simple integration components, medical standards (DICOM and HL7), and excellent troubleshooting and problem analysis skills.
  • Language Skills: Italian mother tongue and excellent verbal and written English language skills.
