About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior UX Designer to join our team at Publicis Groupe. As a Senior UX Designer, you will play a key role in leading UX activities on complex programs, applying human-centred design methods to translate user needs, business objectives, and technology capabilities into world-class user experiences for leading companies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead design research activities to gain a deep understanding of user needs and behaviors
  • Set up and run heuristic analysis to assess existing experiences and identify areas for improvement
  • Translate business requirements into UX specifications that meet the needs of both users and stakeholders
  • Participate and lead the UX conversation with business stakeholders to ensure alignment and buy-in
  • Lead the creation of omnichannel information architectures, task analysis, and user journeys that meet the needs of users and stakeholders
  • Lead the creation of omnichannel wireframes and mock-ups that are visually appealing and user-friendly
  • Lead and oversee the production of requirements specifications, guidelines, and design prototypes that meet the needs of users and stakeholders
  • Be responsible for the final UX quality and ensure that it meets the highest standards
  • Collaborate with the technology team to oversee the UX delivery to the last mile and ensure a seamless user experience
Requirements
  • Minimum 8 years of experience as a Senior Experience Designer or Senior Interaction Designer
  • Based in Milan / Lombardy Area
  • Italian and English speaking
