Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Data Manager to join our team at Ergomed for a 3-month contract. As a key member of our Data Management department, you will be responsible for overseeing all data management aspects in a collaborative environment with various functional groups.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide updates on data management progress during internal and client team meetings and communication.
  • Develop and maintain metric reports for internal and external project teams.
  • Train other data management staff on project-specific processes.
  • Offer feedback to project team members and managers to enhance deliverables.
  • Review and update data management documentation, including the Data Management Plan, Data Review Plan, eCRF Completion Guidelines, and others as needed.
  • Identify and communicate project risks or potential quality issues to the Project Data Manager.
  • Manage lab ranges across the entire study.
  • Perform data management activities such as data review and query management.
  • Oversee the issuance of queries and review query responses with the highest level of quality.
Requirements
  • Must be set up as a freelance contractor.
  • 7 years of relevant experience in the pharmaceutical industry and/or contract research organization, specifically in data management.
  • Experience working with EDC systems (e.g., Merative Zelta).
  • Proficiency in computer applications: Windows, Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.
