About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Scientist to join our team at Facile.it. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth and improvement through the application of machine learning and data analytics.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Deploy ML Solutions: Design, develop, and deploy machine learning models to tackle critical business challenges and optimize operations.
  • Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with business, product, and marketing teams to understand their needs and priorities, and effectively communicate complex findings and model results to a broad audience.
  • Bridge the Technical Gap: Foster open communication and collaboration with data engineers to deploy models in production, manage their lifecycle, and continuously improve our MLOps pipelines for efficiency and scalability.
  • Stay Ahead of the Curve: Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and solutions, and apply this knowledge to drive innovation and improvement within the organization.
Some of the Projects You Will Work On
  • Optimization of Call Center Activities: Develop and deploy machine learning models to optimize call center operations and improve customer experience.
  • Customization of Customer Experience: Design and implement personalized customer experiences on our website using machine learning and data analytics.
  • Marketing Spending Optimization: Develop and deploy machine learning models to optimize marketing spending and improve return on investment.
  • Forecasting of Users and Volumes: Develop and deploy machine learning models to forecast user behavior and volumes, and inform business decisions.
  • Automated Document Data Extraction: Develop and deploy machine learning models to automate document data extraction and improve data quality.
  • Conversational AI: Develop and deploy conversational AI models to improve customer experience and support.
