At HWG Sababa, a leading cybersecurity company, we are seeking a talented Presales Cybersecurity Consultant to strengthen our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for delivering presentations, demonstrations, training, consultation, and sales support services to prospective and current clients.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with the sales team to propose and identify solutions to address customers' requests.
  • Provide timely responses for technical RFI/RFP questions.
  • Liaise with the Sales team to develop products/services according to market insights/needs.
  • Explore and qualify new opportunities/leads based on market/customer insights.
  • Build and enhance relationships with customers and proactively seek new sales opportunities.
  • Possess in-depth knowledge of computer science and cybersecurity issues.
  • Have several years of specialist know-how in the field of cybersecurity.
  • Demonstrate proven success in presales and/or consulting in the area of cybersecurity.
  • Have in-depth knowledge of security monitoring tools (e.g., QRadar, Splunk, Sentinel, etc.) and security platforms (EDR, NDR, email protection, SASE, etc.).
  • Exhibit proven experience of a consultative selling approach in a customer-facing role.
  • Demonstrate the ability to build rapport and establish credibility with customers, partners, and internal teams.
Candidate Requirements:

We are looking for candidates who possess a degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. They should have solid expertise in IT/Cyber Security topics and exhibit strong work/resource organization and time management skills.

A goal-oriented attitude and being team-oriented are essential qualities for this role. The ideal candidate should also have experience in market research and product development, as well as influencing and negotiation skills.
