At Sky Italia, we are seeking an experienced Data Analyst Lead to join our Data Platform team. As a key member of the squad, you will be responsible for designing and delivering high-quality reporting solutions that meet business expectations.

Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Mentor and coach other team members in data visualisation best practices.
  • Collaborate with colleagues from various business units to design innovative solutions leveraging deep domain knowledge.
  • Take ownership of software quality from concept to production, ensuring timely delivery and maximising effort.
  • Develop reusable code and modules where appropriate, reducing development costs by applying Agile delivery principles.
  • Continuously implement, promote, and improve our ways of working, defining best practices, frameworks, and processes.
Your Skills:
  • Extensive experience in data analysis and interpretation, critically evaluating data gathered from various sources.
  • Solid technical background in visualisation tools, such as Tableau, with a focus on end-to-end best practices in providing self-serve data and dashboarding capability.
  • Proven experience working with large, complex datasets in a cloud environment.
  • Self-motivation, energy, and drive for continuous improvement, focusing on delivering results.
  • Ability to influence technical decisions in a fast-moving commercial environment.
  • Demonstrates exceptional communication and social skills, influencing technical decisions in a fast-paced commercial environment.
