YOUR FUTURE ROLE
We are in search of a driven, inquisitive, and proactive professional to join our team at our facility.
The Manufacturing Engineer plays a crucial role in designing, implementing, and evaluating the procedures and equipment involved in the manufacturing process. Responsibilities include researching automation techniques, testing new systems for efficiency, and planning factory layouts to enhance production. This role leverages engineering and mathematical knowledge to analyze manufacturing costs and key performance indicators (KPIs) while striving for process improvement. Additionally, the engineer fosters relationships with other regions and participates in benchmarking activities.
Key responsibilities include:
- Ensuring compliance of manufacturing processes with all relevant laws and regulations.
- Analyzing production processes, schedules, methods, and other data to provide management with insightful reports that facilitate better understanding of future manufacturing requirements.
- Managing continuous improvement initiatives using Six Sigma methodologies and developing test plans (DOE).
- Reviewing and calculating labor, material (both direct and indirect), and other production costs while assessing schedules and future production needs to support management decision-making.
- Analyzing and planning workflow, equipment placement, and space requirements to enhance manufacturing efficiency.
- Conducting benchmarking activities.
- Standardizing and optimizing processes.
IDEAL CANDIDATE PROFILE

- A degree in Mechanical or Material Engineering.
- 1-3 years of relevant experience.
- Strong analytical skills, flexibility, and excellent communication and organizational abilities.
- Experience studying or working abroad is a plus.
- Proficiency in English.
