Job Summary
The Production Planner will join our Planning team to coordinate production activities, analyze data, and develop effective planning strategies to optimize production processes and ensure timely delivery of products.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate with production supervisors to ensure adherence to schedules and resolve scheduling conflicts;
- Analyze production data and performance metrics to identify trends, issues, and opportunities for improvement;
- Develop and implement effective planning and scheduling strategies to optimize production processes and maintain inventory levels;
- Define manpower to guarantee the industrial production plan;
- Critical thinking to challenge processes and announced capacity;
- Manage teams (2-3 people);
- Fluent in English and Italian.
Requirements
- Educational background in Engineering or Economics;
- At least 3 years of experience;
- Analytical skills and knowledge of main production and supply chain flows.
