At Starhotels, we're excited to introduce a new opportunity at the Hotel Gabrielli in the heart of Venice. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for creating unforgettable experiences for our guests.
As the first point of contact, you'll be the friendly face that responds to guest inquiries, provides information, and assists with check-in, check-out, and other related tasks. You'll also be responsible for managing guest messages, staying updated on hotel services, and ensuring lobby and Front Desk standards are met.
We're looking for someone with a unique personality and a true passion for hospitality. You'll need to be familiar with Opera PMS, have excellent communication skills, and be able to anticipate and resolve challenges. A commitment to delivering exceptional customer service is essential, as is impeccable grooming and a willingness to adapt to various work scenarios.
